You don't have to be experiencing some specific mental health need to gain benefits from talking to a Clinical Psychologist. We can all benefit from a ‘pause’ to reflect and think about ourselves and our needs - a Life Reflection session provides a safe space for self reflection and development. We also all have times when we may feel overwhelmed with what life is presenting to us or we feel unsure of the direction we would like to take. Sometimes it is hard to talk to our family and friends about these issues and having someone who is external from our normal social network who can listen and offer a different position on things can be helpful. Talking things through can help you to identify alternative perspectives and come up with new ideas you may not have thought of otherwise.
