Psychological Therapy

Psychological issues can present challenges at various points in anyone’s life and it can be hard to find the right type of support to meet your needs.  We provide a flexible and confidential Clinical Psychology service very much led by the needs of those who seek help, using modern technology to support this.

We work with individuals of all ages experiencing a number of issues, for example;

  • Depression and low mood

  • Worry and anxiety

  • Social anxiety

  • Obsessive compulsive disorders

  • Phobias

  • Addictions

  • Relationship issues

  • Bereavement

  • Living with health issues

  • Low self esteem and confidence issues

  • Stress management

  • Traumatic Experiences

  • Adult ADHD

  • Autistic Spectrum Disorders

  • Eating issues

Some people are not sure and don't have a name to describe what they are experiencing, which is something we can think about together too.

Due to the nature of online psychological support we are unable to work with:

  • People who are actively suicidal (though we will most certainly work with suicidal thoughts and self harm in the context of low mood and depression).

  • People who are actively homicidal.

  • People currently experiencing severe mental health symptoms such as psychosis.

If you need urgent help please refer to the contacts at the bottom of our home page.
