Online Psychologist UK

A Confidential and Professional Online Clinical Psychology Service
Psychological Therapy

We provide high quality psychological therapy tailored to your specific needs and based on a clear understanding of the issues for which you would like support.

Life Reflection

We provide a space for self development, a ‘pause’ to think about yourself and your needs, explore and take stock of where you are in life, and support to identify steps to make changes to get you to where you would like to be.

Parenting Support & Advice

We can provide the opportunity to explore the challenges you may be facing as a parent and identify strategies and techniques to improve your confidence.

Systemic Work

We can work with multiple family members on the issues important to you all, supporting each member and helping identify how you interact with each other to enable you to make changes and create a happier and healthier home.

Cyber-Therapy

We are able to offer advanced forms of therapy using technology.  Currently this is using a program called 'Proreal' although further options using VR are also in development.

If you are interested in these approaches please inquire for further information.
